Where Girls Become Friends, Friends Become Family and Family Becomes Forever!

For over 50 years, God's Green Acre Association has devoted its energy to empowering young women through a shared love of horses. Girls gain confidence through learning and training horses as well as building life long friendships in a fun and family environment.

We are a mounted troop with its roots in Webster Groves and Kirkwood for girls 12 - 18 with a passion for horses. No riding experience necessary! Here at GGAA you develop your equine skills and knowledge, learn to properly care for your horse, and learn about safety and equine health. We have 160 acres of outdoor adventures open for new members!

The Basics

SATURDAYS are reserved strictly for girls! They start the day out with a members meeting, chores and spend the remainder of the day riding! Whether it's in the area or in the round pen mastering ground work, to hours of trails or pasture riding... this time is for members only.

Sunday through Thursday is open to the girls, their family and friends. Membership gives you access to the troop horses and house for parties, over nights or just a day out at the barn to ride and enjoy.

Our horses are pasture boarded year round. Horses are brought into the barn daily for wellness checks and feeding by our on site caretaker.

GGAA relies on each girls parents to participate as well. One way we do this is through parent duty days! Average duty includes 1 duty day every 6 to 8 weeks depending.

We also rely on parents to help out during the summer during our horse shows! It's a great way to get to know the other families as well as the girls!
